I. Client Servicing

• Timely creation of contact report/Minutes of the Meeting

• Monitoring of pick-ups and creation of Media Values Report

• Research

• Assists in Accounts Strategic Planning

• Media Registration during press events

• Assists in press release drafting when needed

• Production of Press Kits

• Timely weekly scope of work updates

II. Media Relations

• Seeding of Press Releases

• Media Follow-ups for press releases

• Assists in Media Management

III. Business Development

• Lead generation

• Assists in development of pitches

IV. Adherence to Team Culture

• Routinely invests in building agency morale and capacities
