All Services 4U delivers trusted reactive maintenance across the UK — from plumbing, electrical, and fire safety to access control and compliance.

We’re now expanding into  Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)to provide clients with long-term, compliance-led service contracts.We’re looking for a  PPM Development Manager to help us build and launch this new division — from designing service schedules and pricing models to securing our first framework and commercial clients.This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the point of evolution — taking an already established reactive operation and turning it into a structured, scalable PPM service.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Growth

• Identify and target  landlords, block managers, housing associations, and FM companies who require planned maintenance.
