PPM Co-ordinator

Location: This is a remote based role with the requirement to travel to the Glasgow office as and when required. The candidate will need to be based in Scotland.

Summary of Role

You will be responsible for managing the generation and issuance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders, supporting delivery, and managing asset status and condition in our database. You will be working closely with our Engineering teams to improve report quality, asset data, and completion times.

What you will be doing

• Planning Service remedial works with direct labour or sub‑contractor in line with customer SLAs.
• Ordering of parts, access equipment, plant & tools.
• Booking‑In and issuing of RAMS and Permits, where required.
• Updating customers portals and planners, ensuring completion within strict SLAs including jeopardy management.
