PPC Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Specialist with proven expertise in both Bing Ads / Meta / and Google Ads. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns focused on generating qualified inbound calls and form submissions for plumbing services.

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Bing / Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Write, test, and refine ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
• Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics integrations.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
