Powertrain Electrical Component Testing

As a vehicle test engineer to perform powertrain electrical components.

Technical/ Functional:

• Knowledge of System level testing and basic understanding of engine electrical components like Alternator, Starter motor, ECU, Sensors, Battery etc.
• Hands on experience of different electrical equipment s like Oscilloscope, datalogger, Multi-meter etc.
• Vehicle level testing as per specific standard for electrical components evaluation.
• Planning and execution of testing as per project timeline
• Data Analysis and report preparation
• Benchmarking of different vehicles.
• Knowledge of different test software like INCA, CANoe, Can Analyser etc.
• Actively participate in the testing and deliver results on time
• Maintenance and calibration of different lab equipment and machines.
• Creating test procedures and SOP for safe work environment
