Jones Powersports is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our fast-paced Powersports Service Department.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet customers and accurately assess service needs


• Write repair orders and detailed service estimates


• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow


• Communicate clearly with customers on repairs, timelines, and costs


• Recommend maintenance and additional services


• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs
