Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development and Implementation: Oversee the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Power BI Expertise: Design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Power Platform solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
