PowerBuilder Application Specialist

We are looking for an experienced PowerBuilder developer to support and enhance a mature enterprise financial system operating in a structured production environment.

This is a long-term, full-time contract opportunity suited for a hands-on engineer who is comfortable working within legacy architecture, maintaining business-critical applications, and delivering stable enhancements with minimal oversight.

The platform is already established and actively used. The focus is stability, maintainability, and thoughtful evolution rather than greenfield development.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance an existing PowerBuilder-based enterprise application

• Develop and modify application logic using PowerBuilder (v12.6+ preferred)

• Work with integrated C++ components within the system architecture

• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures (primarily MSSQL)
