Role & Responsibilities

  • Internal reporting to help create and maintain dashboards for the team
  • Document operational processes
  • Migration of content between manuals
  • Quality assurance and quality control
  • Connect with stakeholders to understand the end-to-end objective, scope, and associated deliverables
  • Connect with the team members within KPMG's global delivery centres to collaborate on ad hoc work projects and leverage bestpractice
  • Work closely with the project manager to ensure consistency and devise quality procedures, standards, and specifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills

  • Proficient in MS office Suite, particularly in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint List, PowerBI
