OverviewFrom a power unit systems perspective, candidates will need to be confident with coordination of cross‐functional technical alignment on assumptions and sign‐off requirements.This position requires an equal aptitude for project management, delivery, and technical problem solving.The role includes ownership of eDrive unit systems engineering for future model designs and vehicles, managing milestone reviews/sign‐offs, developing timing plans, maintaining program financials, and supporting component/assembly releases in WERS.ResponsibilitiesLead the eDrive systems engineers, component engineers, powertrain planning, and electrified powertrain engineering teams in coordination.Coordinate build of eDrive power units for internal testing and vehicle‐level testing.Supervise a team of engineers focusing on ICE transmissions, hybrid transmissions, and eDrive units, handling core documentation such as design rule implementation, requirement follow‐through, and FMA documentation.Mainta...
