Power Train Test Engineer

? Exposure to EV motor and Transmission components and understanding test procedure and requirements.
? ? Bachelors (2+ years) / Diploma(5+ Years) in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering.
? Mechanical/Mechatronics engineer with basic electrical knowledge.Develop and execute test plans and protocols to validate the performance and safety of our products
? Conduct testing on various vehicle subsystems, including chassis, EV Motors & transmissions parts inhouse and at Third party labs.
? Collect and analyze test data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
? Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and findings.
? Maintain a log of all the testing activities shift wise and prepare daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports.
? Do preliminary root cause analysis on the failures observed during testing and share detailed findings to Design team
? Reporting bugs/failures in a comprehensive manner.
