Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Take care service management for Wholesale Power Platform, work with other service management teammates in China and India.
  • Reporting of critical outages to management and business partners until successful resolution and deals effectively with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature.
  • Work with different Pods teams for production releases, handle incident/problem in Prod environment and user queries from different markets.
  • Cooperate with existing site reliability engineering team/global support team to support all applications in Power platform.
  • Work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.
  • Mainly work for US market, due to different time zone (1-2 hour difference), the candidate needs to work with flexible working hours and may need to take shift to support US time zone.
