Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Design and develop workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
  • Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Blue Prism
  • Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft services (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
  • Test, deploy, and support automation solutions in production
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and platform issues
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Implement security controls and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and support production release activities
