Build AI Chatbots: Create and configure custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (low-code Power Virtual Agents platform).Integrate with Microsoft 365: Use Power Automate and connectors to link Copilots with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 services for data retrieval and task automation.Conversational Design: Design intuitive dialogue flows and prompts so the Copilot can answer questions and perform actions using generative AI (GPT-based) capabilities.Testing & Deployment: Test agent interactions in Teams; refine responses and logic.
