You will assist the Shift Engineer in the management of plant systems, focusing on steam, water treatment, and boiler operations. An emphasis on safety and environmental standards is key to this role, as well as maintaining equipment for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain shift log entries for awareness of ongoing issues
• Support operation of steam, condensate, and water treatment systems
• Monitor and maintain equipment in the Steam Plant
• Operate fuel handling and boiler equipment safely
• Record operational problems in the Operator’s logbook
