Flex is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer in Guadalajara, North Campus, to lead complex failure analyses on power electronics products and drive root cause identification, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across NPI and high-volume manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on debugging with lab equipment, strong data analysis, and collaboration with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer teams. Proficiency in English is essential for technical reports and customer presentations.
