Stantec is seeking a Power Distribution Design Team Lead to head a technical design team in Vancouver, BC, ensuring projects meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure client expectations related to project scope are met and exceeded.
• Establish and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Develop project planning documents and client progress reports.
• Support development of proposals, project cost estimates and project schedules.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate key meetings or review points—including project kick‑off, IFR/IFC review, constructability review, construction kick‑off, and follow all action items through to completion.
• Provide proactive project change, risk, and stakeholder management support.
