Power Cable Engineering Manager

We are hiring senior leaders for our Greenfield EHV Manufacturing Facility. The role requires hands-on experience in 220–550 kV cables. Only candidates with relevant domain exposure are encouraged to apply.

Job Purpose

To own and lead the complete design function for EHV cables in a greenfield plant, ensuring:

· Robust, compliant, and manufacturable designs

· Seamless transition from design → testing → production

· Successful product approvals with utilities and customers

Responsibilities:

EHV Cable Design Expertise

• Deep knowledge of: Electrical stress design, Insulation coordination, Thermal and mechanical design, Screen design, sheath design, bonding systems.
• Hands-on experience with EHV cable standards (IEC, IS, CIGRE, IEEE)
