Job Description
We are a New Zealand manufacturer operating two plants. We need a Power BI solution that replaces our monthly board pack with a trusted, reconciled dashboard, plus a simple bookings landing forecast and backlog schedule based on expected ship dates.
Key requirement
You must be capable with SuiteAnalytics Connect using the data source and SuiteQL, and you must deliver a reconciliation pack that ties Power BI outputs back to NetSuite.
Scope (Phase 1 deliverables)
- Power BI workspace, dataset (star schema), and reports
- Board Pack metrics (Month, YTD, YTD Budget, Variance, Rolling 12, Prior R12), filterable by Plant and Product Class
- Sales Orders bookings report (by order date) and backlog schedule (by expected ship month)
- Bookings landing forecast bridge (Actual to date + weighted pipeline + new opp uplift), with assumptions clearly documented
- Metric dictionary: definition, numerator/denominator, source tables/fields, filters/exclusions, and proxy notes
