Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows) and any RPA tool (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism).
Experience automating Claims or insurance processes, with solid process analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot end-to-end automation workflows.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, or broader Power Platform.
Exposure to AI Builder, IDP tools, or Claims adjudication systems.
Experience working in agile and client-facing environments.
