Power Apps support specialist (Especialista de soporte de Power Apps)

Location: Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) – Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy (CST/EST time zone coverage).

Role Overview

As a Power Apps support specialist , you will be supporting and maintaining custom applications, chatbots and power automate desktop applications that automate our client’s business processes and data insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the onsite lead for the support team working on the support tickets and enhancements for the applications.
  • Be the subject matter expert and thought leader in Power Apps, chatbots and Power Automate Desktop, driving innovation and best practices.
  • Provide innovative ideas to stabilize the customer system.
