Certain Advantage is partnering with an engineering business to recruit a semi-skilled or experienced Powder Coater. You will be responsible for the process of powder coating, applying powder coating paint to various metal sub‑straights to a high standard every time to the customer's specific requirements as outlined in company work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use of specialist machinery, including phosphate machine, powder coating gun(s), and box ovens.
• Ensuring a thorough check of the quality of own work against the work order prior to handing off to the Workshop Manager for inspection.
• Undertake any remedial work as a result of the final inspection.
• Always maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
