Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PostgreSQL databases
  • Manage backup, recovery, HA, and replication
  • Monitor and optimize database performance
  • Ensure database security and access control
  • Automate routine DBA tasks and support migrations
  • Troubleshoot issues and support disaster recovery
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a PostgreSQL DBA
  • Strong SQL and performance tuning skills
  • Hands‑on Linux/Unix experience
  • Scripting knowledge (Bash/Python)
  • Oracle experience is a plus
