PostgreSQL Administrator

  • Detailed knowledge of Database management processes and architecture
  • Database administration and support for Postgre SQL
  • A Minimum of 7+ years' experience as an PostGre DBA; 5+ experience with Postgre SQL
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in supporting & maintaining PostGre SQL
  • Thorough understanding of database performance analysis and tuning / capacity planning / query optimization
  • Extensive experience with building & supporting the latest versions of DB and Application migration
  • Experience in writing Shell Scripting, Linux, Unix, Windows
  • Experience in Performance monitoring & Automation tools
