Postdoctoral Fellow in Knowledge Mobilization & Implementation

The Postdoctoral Fellow in Knowledge Mobilization & Implementation will be responsible for advancing the science of implementation at the Research Institute. Unlike a traditional communications role, this position focuses on designing and evaluating how evidence is best adopted in workplaces.The successful candidate will develop and evaluate an Audio Toolbox Talks on OHS for small businesses in Northwestern Ontario. Small businesses face unique OHS challenges, including limited resources, time constraints, and difficulty accessing traditional training formats. Evidence demonstrates that small enterprises experience recurring implementation barriers. Audio-based learning formats offer accessible, mobile-compatible solutions for time‑constrained small business owners and workers. This project aims to develop evidence‑based audio safety briefs addressing NOWWHS psychosocial factors.
