Postdoctoral Associate, Sur Lab – Picower Institute for Learning & Memory

Role: Conduct research to study the molecular mechanisms of Rett Syndrome using human stem cells and advanced microscopy techniques. Responsibilities include maintaining and differentiating human pluripotent stem cells into brain organoids and 2D cultures, identifying and validating molecular targets, generating and analyzing data independently, and collaborating with research groups and core facilities. Planning and performing experiments, collecting and analyzing data using quantitative techniques, and presenting findings for publication.
