Job Description

The researcher will work at the intersection of materials science, chemistry, data science, and laboratory automation to identify promising materials, guide experiments, and establish relationships among material composition, processing, structure, and performance. The research will aim for electronic, ionic and advanced energy material system.

**Position Requirements**

+ Recent or soon-to-be-completed PhD (within the last 0-5 years) in field of materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, computer science, or a related field
+ Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory automation or robotic systems
+ Knowledge of system integration, instrument control, workflow automation, and data acquisition
+ Experience developing and applying AI/ML methods, including predictive modeling, active learning, or optimization
+ Strong programming skills in Python and experience with scientific computing and machine-learning libraries
