Job Description

  • Lead analysis of single-cell and perturbation datasets across glioma patien-derived models and tumor tissue

  • Integrative analysis of multiomics and perturbation datasets

  • Drive projects at the interface of computational biology, functional assays and clinical translation

  • Contribute to shaping data-driven precision medicine strategies in neuro-onolocgy
  • PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, computer science or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or R

  • Experience in single cell omics analysis and multiomics data interpretation

  • Ability to work independently and translate complex data into biological insights

  • Strong skills in problem-solving, collaboration and teamwork
