Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher in Biotechnology focusing on non-Saccharomyces yeast. The researcher will work on innovative fermentation technologies for sustainable non-alcoholic beer and wine production in collaboration with HES-SO Valais.
The successful candidate will engage in applied research, addressing fermentation processes while contributing to sustainable food systems within an interdisciplinary team. A PhD and relevant experience in bioprocess development are required.
