What will you do?

The Post Settlements Officer is responsible for the health of our loan book. While the sales team focuses on new business, you focus on protecting our existing clients. You will manage the critical milestones of a loan's lifecycle from interest rate expirations to annual reviews—ensuring our clients always have the most competitive product in the market.

Responsibilities

• Loan Maintenance & Lender Relations: Work in partnership with the CSM to co-ordinate with lenders to follow up on outstanding post-settlement requirements, ensuring all loan facilities are functioning as intended.
• Proactive Annual Reviews: Work in partnership with the CSMs to conduct comprehensive annual reviews for existing clients to assess their current financial position and ensure their loan structure still meets their long-term goals.
