Description:

AHS - Environmental Public Health is commencing recruitment for placement of students requiring practicum training as part of their required field experience. The Environmental Public Health Student field experience includes 12 weeks of practicum in the program areas of food protection, disease control, built environments, waste management, water quality, and air quality. Additionally, there will be a 4-week project in a sub program area, for a total of 16 weeks. Major responsibilities include Working under the supervision of a Certified Public Health Inspector to enforce the Public Health Act, Regulations, Standards, and Guidelines.
