Job Description

This role is a Post-Sales Specialist position supporting the Clinical Solutions Account Management team.

+ Maintain accurate records in sales systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Orders and so on), and build client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client data.

+ Prepares pricing documents and presentation materials.

+ Review and highlight any areas of risks or expansion from available data (e.g., usage reports, past-due report, and so on).

+ Review contracts for expansion or changes in scope.

+ Analyzing usage reports to identify trends in support of client conversations, business reviews and to identify potential risks or expansion opportunities.

+ Analyze invoice overdue reports and alert account teams of actions needed.

+ Support customer service ticket escalations.

+ May manage the renewal process for local/site level renewals associated with a health system.
