Key Responsibilities

After-sales Technical Support

  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for PV inverters (string and central).
  • Diagnose hardware and software faults, and perform repairs or component replacements.
  • Support inverter commissioning, parameter configuration, and system performance verification.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain good communication with EPCs, distributors, and end customers.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.

Quality Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Report product failures, reliability data, and field test results to HQ and R&D teams.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and provide feedback for design improvement.
