Reporting Relationship

The Post Majority Support Services – Service Navigator will report directly to the Post Majority Support Services – Program Supervisor; maintain communication within the department and internal working relationships with all Departments within M’Chigeeng First Nation.

Position Summary

This position will function as a co-lead to carry out the mandate of the Post Majority Support Services Program: “The protection, care and nurturance of children, youth and families”, in accordance with Territorial By-Laws. The position is responsible to oversee and monitor the daily management and administration of individual service/wellness plans for youth involved in the Post Majority Support Services program. This includes Youth and young adults who are ageing out or who have aged out of care up to the age of 26.
