The NHP was launched in October 2020 and aims to build and refurbish hospitals across the UK, improving access to modern healthcare. Following a strategic review in September 2024, the government has rebalanced hospital schemes with secured funding in five‑year waves.

Job Description

As part of the next phase of mobilisation, we are recruiting an Associate Director to support the Director of the post‑contract estimating & cost management team. The role is dedicated to maintaining the approved cost baseline, assessing change costs, resolving commercial matters, reviewing risks, and verifying data.
