Assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors and track their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe. Communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment. Schedule and manage site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion.
