Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic young people we work with. In this role, you will provide high-quality PBS advice and support, helping to create enabling environments and reduce barriers to learning.


Working as part of a transdisciplinary team, you will:

  • Undertake functional and risk assessments, developing and implementing individualised PBS plans.

  • Coach and support staff teams to embed PBS practices and build their skills and confidence.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote understanding of behaviours that challenge and teach functional alternatives.

  • Contribute to service development, ensuring best practice and consistency in PBS approaches.
