Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support for project team leaders, including schedule arrangement, expense reimbursement and meeting organization.
- Assist in deal document stamping and process handling and follow-up.
- Maintain office environment, manage workstations and lockers, distribute items and collection information.
- Assist in organizing department activities and liaise with internal and external departments.
- Assist in onboarding and departure procedures of employees supported.
- Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Good time management, and strong initiative and commitment.
- Good communication and coordination skills, and strong team spirit and sense of service.
- Strong passion for the financial services industry.
