Candidates that would like to apply will need the following:

• National senior certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
• 2 years experience within a Take-Away environment.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Previous work experience as a supervisor in Take-Away.
• Valid RSA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high quality meals according to the company menu schedule and ensure it is delivered to employees within a specified timeframe.
• Purchasing of stock.
• Ensure stock takes are done.
• Manage team of cooks and ensure team adheres to Food Safety Requirements.
