About the Role
This is a hands-on, on-ground role where you bring Blink POS to life at client locations. You'll install hardware, configure software, train staff, and ensure smooth go-live. You are the bridge between product and real-world operations.
What You'll Do
Install and configure POS hardware (terminals, printers, scanners)
Set up Blink POS software for clients
Train store teams on system usage
Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness
Coordinate with support and product teams for escalations
Ensure successful client go-lives
What We're Looking For
Technical aptitude and comfort with hardware/software setups
Strong communication skills for client training
