About the Role

This is a hands‑on, on‑ground role where you bring Blink POS to life at client locations. You'll install hardware, configure software, train staff, and ensure smooth go‑live. You are the bridge between product and real‑world operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and scanners
• Set up and customize Blink POS software based on client requirements
• Train store teams on effective system usage and best practices
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues and ensure operational readiness
• Support smooth and successful client go‑live processes
