Job Summary

Job holder is responsible for building strong relationships with a portfolio of clients to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions and actively identify opportunities to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and constantly touch base with a portfolio of approximately 200 client relationships to build rapport.
  • Identify cross‑sell opportunities and referrals.
  • Monitor portfolio and act on areas of weakness to protect bank interest.
  • Abide strictly within code of conduct and demonstrate alignment with bank values.
  • Support colleagues to grow business and outperform as a team.
