Job Summary

Responsible for managing and deepening the portfolio of existing Home Loan & LAP customers. The role focuses on relationship management, retention, cross-selling, and portfolio quality maintenance.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and engage with existing Mortgage (HL/LAP) customers.


Strengthen relationships through regular client visits and follow-ups.


Identify customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.


Generate new business through referrals from existing clients.


Ensure portfolio health and monitor early warning signals.


Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.


Maintain call discipline and update account plans regularly.
