Role Summary

The Portfolio Manager – Mortgage will be responsible for managing the existing mortgage loan portfolio, ensuring portfolio quality, minimizing delinquency, and coordinating with sales and collections teams for smooth account management.

Key Responsibilities



Monitor and manage the allocated mortgage loan portfolio


Track EMI payments and follow up on overdue accounts


Coordinate with customers for regularization of delinquent cases


Work closely with collections and credit teams to control NPA levels


Conduct customer visits for highrisk or overdue accounts


Ensure proper documentation and compliance adherence


Prepare portfolio MIS reports and performance analysis
