Founded in 2018 by two highly respected property leaders, the business has grown rapidly and now manages more than 20 thriving communities across NSW, ACT, QLD, and VIC.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Operations, this Portfolio Manager role is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of a portfolio of lifestyle communities. You will lead a team of Community Managers, ensure consistent operational standards across the portfolio, and play a hands-on role in driving resident satisfaction, financial performance, and service excellence as the business continues to grow.
