Salesforce is hiring a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can drive engineering excellence while operating at the executive level. This is not a traditional people manager, but a mission‑critical multiplier on the agentic frontier. You will lead a blended delivery team made up of two specialist functions: Forward Deployed Engineers (Technical Builders – who design, build, and deploy AI Agents directly in customer environments) and Deployment Strategists (Strategic Builders – customer‑facing advisors who shape AI strategy, define use cases, and drive adoption).
