Portfolio Delivery Manager, Permanent, Fixed term (3 years)

Your mission

Role Purpose 
You will lead delivery of HELP Logistics' Kenya office portfolio, translating partner needs into implementable supply chain solutions and ensuring disciplined end-to-end execution across consulting and implementation engagements. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be accountable for project performance, quality, timelines, partner satisfaction, and team leadership. You will manage a small technical team and coordinate consultants on assigned projects, while working within defined authority boundaries for budget, procurement, and contracting decisions. A core expectation of this role is technical mentorship: you will review and improve technical deliverables, guide analytical approaches, and build team members' supply chain expertise through project-based coaching.
