BAE Systems is seeking a Portfolio Chief Engineer to lead and oversee a family of programs at our New Jersey sites. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the RF Electronic Warfare domain across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities of this role may include:
+ Technical leadership over a large multidisciplinary team developing a complex capability
+ Leadership of communications to customers, other contractors, internal stakeholders, and government officials, including preparation and delivery of technical presentations
+ RF EW Mission Understanding
+ RF EW Concept of Operations Definition
+ RF EW System Requirements Definition and Management
+ RF EW System and Architecture Design
+ RF EW System Integration and Test
