Portfolio Analyst

As Asia Pacific’s largest premium serviced office provider, TEC’s portfolio of over 260 centres is constantly expanding. The Investment Manager will be primarily focused on underwriting, evaluating, and pitching new expansion opportunities. The team member will also be responsible for maintaining accurate forecasts, creating regular reports for corporate management and TEC’s Board of Directors, and assisting in a diverse range of ad-hoc and long-term strategic projects.

The Investment Management Team is charged with driving the growth of the business by generating, evaluating, and processing opportunities that meet TEC’s investment criteria. The team member will collaborate with other Head Office departments and regional senior management to present expansion opportunities for the Board of Directors. The Investment Management Team will then implement Board approved investments and track performance against original forecasts.
