Portfolio Administrator
Location: Adelaide
Employment Type: Permanent Part‑Time (4 days per week)
The Opportunity
A great part‑time opportunity to support a professional property management and client accounting team. You will be responsible for trust accounting processes, lease administration and accurate portfolio data, while providing high‑quality support to property managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily trust accounting tasks including receipting and bank reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable invoices and allocate to the correct portfolio.
- Run regular creditor and owner payments.
- Complete lease administration tasks, including new leases, renewals, assignments, terminations and rent reviews.
- Set up new clients, owners, properties, suites and leases in internal systems.
